BRUNCH N’ BEATS // ARTIE ZAITZ // LIVE WORLD MUSIC //

  • Grow 98c Wallis Road London, England, E9 5LN United Kingdom (map)

Join us canalside in Hackney Wick for ‘Brunch N’ Beats’ every Sunday (11-4pm)

Master conga player Williams Cumberbache and special guests lead proceedings from Grow’s outdoor floating stage whilst you enjoy brunch classics with Grow twists from our kitchen and drinks menu.

Kick back on our garden terrace and watch boats float down the River Lea whilst you treat yourself to hearty, homemade food, and signature to the backdrop of world-class live music.

Our special guest this week is Artie Zaitz. Artie’s guitar influences include Grant Green, Kenny Burrell, Jim Hall, John Scofield and Charlie Christian. He is equally at home on stage and in the recording studio (Moses Boyd Exodus, The Banger Factory, Pee Wee Ellis, Jordan Rakei, Johnny O’Neal, Gary Crosby, Alex Garnett), performing with various line ups across UK and Europe. Paying homage to the Blue Note recordings of the 60’s era, guitar prodigy Artie Zaitz leads a trio of London’s most grooving, swinging musicians in an organ based band, playing his original blues-drenched tunes as well as arrangements of soul jazz & latin classics.
