Club SOL is a vision for a more sustainable club scene. Founded by @solarsistrs and supported by Jägermeister #SAVETHENIGHT, we’re creating a space where everyone is welcome to dream bigger + better when it comes to partying on our precious planet. We’re a starting point for people curious about climate to imagine what a community-centred, earth-focused future for music could look like. Come dream and dance with us.

Vanessa Maria
Vanessa Maria is a DJ, broadcaster at Foundation FM and host at Resident Advisor. Named as one of the most important young people in music, she made her mark on radio stations across the country sharing her love for underground UK music. On the dancefloor, Vanessa showcases sounds from around the world, infusing high-energy Baile Funk rhythms with everything from Jersey Club to Hard Drum. Renowned for her genre-spanning mixes and high energy 130bpm sets, you’ll need stamina to keep up. She’s been busy making appearances at Boilerroom, Dazed Magazine, Warehouse Project and HÖR in Berlin. Vanessa’s work around music and mental health has also not gone unnoticed, from launching a radio show for Black Butter Records to interviewing the likes of Jaguar, Tiffany Calver and Juls. As the key presenter at RA, she currently hosts a music and mental health-related podcast and documentary series and has been named as a leader in shaping the future of London’s nightlife by The Face Magazine.
ME GUSTA COLLECTIVE
With roots from Ecuador, Togo, Bermuda, Kenya and Norway, Me Gusta Collective (Atiké, Obeka and Yohan) are always focused on maintaining their ethos of bringing more culture to Manchester. They’ve built a reputation throughout the UK for their energetic events, which are filled with innovative sounds from across the globe: Afro-house, Latin bass, St Lucian Soca, Congolese Soukous, Baile funk, Kudoro and GQom, incorporated with UKG, breakbeat, club and techno. Atiké and Obeka’s DJ mixes have been featured on NTS, Rinse FM and Worldwide FM. Always expect the unexpected, with sounds ranging from 80bpm – 160bpm.
NIIX
NIIX is a Manchester-based music artist, producer and DJ inspired by the likes of Shygirl, Arca and Surusinghe. Her debut EP 'I' has received radio-play on NTS, BBC Introducing and more, as well as making Spotify's New Music Friday UK editorial playlist. 2021/22 has seen NIIX DJ at Gottwood Festival, Africa Oyé and Audio Farm, alongside both live and DJ support slots for Leon Vynehall, Max Cooper and Jenny Hval. As well as monthly residencies on Melodic Distraction, Steam Manchester and Aaja Radio, NIIX is also co-founder of Dubs Club, a North West-based meet-up group for gender minorities to share their electronic music productions.
SOLAR SISTERS
imm-o + Ciar = SOLAR SISTERS, specialists in bringing everyone onto the dancefloor for the best time possible. imm-o’s emerging style reflects her love of the weird + wonderful, jumping from grime to funk to reggaeton + mixing the sweetest pop with the saltiest beats and sexiest bass. Meanwhile, Ciar brings the heat with her expertise in Latin American sounds, 70s deep cuts and anything from the Fast + Furious soundtrack. Individually they’ve been featured on More Womxn’s residency at Resonance FM, Reform Radio, Fuse FM and We Out Here Festival.

Our Spice Trail inspired menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability. Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.

With our drinks, we partner with breweries St Austell and Signature Brew for our lagers and IPAs and serve organic wine and prosecco which help international wildlife charity, Born Free. We design our own drinks such as homemade Hackney Spiced Rum.
