INSXGHT is a young artist/producer hailing from South East London. Known for his relaxing and meditative jazz piano and drawing inspiration from the likes of Robert Glasper, J Dilla and Spirit Fingers. He began his musical journey in the early stages of his life where he played in Jazz bands and started composing for numerous artists.

Throughout life, INSXGHT found incredible musicians to journey with. These musicians have performed with the likes of Yazmin Lacey, New Familiar (formerly known as skinny living), Lex Amor, Berwyn, Wizkid, and many more. So be prepared for a night of spectacular music ... This is one for the books!

Entry £6 per person to book a premium table and £5 for advance tickets with no table assigned and for walk ups.

To book a table, click on the widget to the right and select the date of the event and pick your time. On event days we accept bookings till 8pm. There are a limited amount of tables available to book of varying sizes and there are plenty of spaces available for walk ups on any event day, it is recommended to arrive early to get a table with a good view of the act.

  • We recommend that before you come to the venue you do all that you can to help avoid the transmission of the virus, this includes: i) vaccination ii) taking a lateral flow test iii) registering you are immune (because of previous infection. We are part of the Music Venue Trust #takeatest initiative which urges music fans to accept responsibility to keep themselves, their fellow gig-goers safe and the staff at music venues safe as restrictions are lifted.

Food & Drink

Our Spice Trail Menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability. Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.  

With our drinks, we partner with breweries St Austell and Signature Brew for our lagers and IPAs and serve organic wine and prosecco which help international wildlife charity, Born Free. We design our own drinks such as Vegan Hemp White Russian and homemade Hackney Spiced Rum and serve Kompassion Kombucha brewed in Grow Studios.
