Parasang is an exploration of London's diverse musical communities led by Iranian Pouya Ehsaei (Zabte Sote/Opal Tapes) on modular synth/electronics. The series invites guest musicians to improvise and interact with electronics for 2 unscripted sets on our heated and covered canalside terrace..

For this special edition Ehsaei will be joined by violinist/vocalist Johanna Burnheart alongside Senegalese percussionist Ndene Ndiaye. "Her 2020 debut, Burnheart, soothes and scratches; cavernous bass, piercing sharpness and slurred vocals subvert any linear sense. She feels primed for a breakout similar to Anna Meredith or Oliver Coates.” Guardian Guardian top 30 'Best New Artist' of 2021
