Gary Powell (Libertines drummer) and Barbara Phillips (Original Kiss FM staff) take part in an open panel discussion reviewing 2020 through the art that was created post BLM, whilst looking forward to what lies ahead for the new generation in the current climate.
This event is hosted by former Channel 4 producer, Dominic Benjamin, as part of our Grow at Home series, supported by Arts Council England.

Primarily known for being the drummer for The Libertines and Dirty Pretty Things, as well as Guyanese-British reggae musician Eddy Grant. Gary is also a DJ, composer/arranger & label boss.
Barbara Phillips

Barbara is a skilled, experienced communications leader who enables organisations to create inclusive cultures that reward and recognise ethically productive behaviour. She creates impactful, transformative, programmes through storytelling and applies trusted, technology- focused methodologies and execution.
Barbara is also an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) certified, coach, an accredited mediator and a current sitting Magistrate. She has worked with social enterprises and community organisations for the last 25 years and has a special interest in removing the barriers to racial equity in the UK education and justice systems
