Tim Garcia (Musica Macondo and Worldwide FM) - Tim is a renowned DJ and selector on Worldwide FM who also runs his own record label Musica Macondo. His deep love of percussive and rhythmical music sees him traverse Electronica, Latin, Jazz, Brazilian and Afro-diasporic sounds in his sets, which has landed him shows in clubs and festivals such as Love Supreme Festival, We Out Here Festival, Wilderness, Brainchild Festival and Lost Village Festival. Tim is also currently reading his MA in Ethnomusicology at SOAS university.

On May 13th Tim released a contemporary Brazilian music compilation called ‘Brasil Novo’ on his Musica Macondo label. We are thrilled that Tim will be taking us through some of these releases as part of his Shedding Histories set.

Jazz Naila - Jazz is an artist and selector specialising in funk and soul sounds from across the spectrum. We can’t wait to welcome her to Shedding Histories and hear her selections of irresistible grooves.

Food & Drink - Kitchen open till 8pm

Our Spice Trail Menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability. Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.

With our drinks, we partner with breweries St Austell and Signature Brew for our lagers and IPAs and serve organic wine and prosecco which help international wildlife charity, Born Free. We design our spin on such drinks as Rum Punch, homemade Hackney Spiced Rum, Vegan White Russian and Espresso Martini.
