Shedding Histories is 1 year old and to celebrate they are curating a very special listening session celebration featuring Valentine Comar of Giant Steps, Brilliant Corners and Idle Moments.

Record collector Valentine Comar digs grooves from around the world. She gravitates towards Disco, Jazz and Hip hop creating a journey through different times and regions. Alongside working at listening bars and record shops, she invites musicians and DJs to share music and talk about their projects on her monthly Netil Radio show “low key and local”

Alongside her, Bena and Chameleons of Shedding Histories have invited a selection of friends along who have supported their project throughout the year. Come along for a chilled out Sunday evening listening session.

Our Spice Trail Menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability. Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.  

With our drinks, we partner with breweries St Austell and Signature Brew for our lagers and IPAs and serve organic wine and prosecco which help international wildlife charity, Born Free. We design our own drinks such as Vegan Hemp White Russian and homemade Hackney Spiced Rum.
