Building the bar!

We’re building the bar! Does this mean, “this time next year we’ll be millionaires?”. No, we won’t actually be millionaires but we because this is an attempt at building an ethical, sustainable enterprise and business model so we hope to have a functioning bar, kitchen & creative space and not be bankrupt, ‘this time next year’

**For people under 25, this is a reference to Derek Trotter’s catchphrase “this time next year Rodders, we’ll be millionaires” from the 80’s sitcom Only Fools and Horses.
