60 minute mindful hatha yoga flow class led by Chantell followed by a mouth watering Middle Eastern inspired brunch accompanied by a Kombucha and herbal tea.
This class will include a series of breath-led dynamic and restorative postures. The focus will be on inviting mind-body-heart connection and soothing for the nervous system, closing with a meditation or guided rest. The class is accessible to all levels, who are looking for a gently uplifting and relaxing start to the day.
