SHEDDING HISTORIES W/ HODAN STYRENE (WORLDWIDE FM) AND SWAN
Shedding Histories is back for a summer solstice special on the 25th of June with special guests Hodan Styrene (Worldwide FM) and SWAN.
Through selections of cosmic, spiritual and ambient sounds, plus stories from folklore, this event will celebrate our connection with the sun & flourishing nature.
So join us for a laid back Sunday evening session of reflective listening featuring underground sounds from across the globe, illustrated through words and visuals.
Hodan Styrene:
Hodan has been a resident on Worldwide FM since 2020 with her brilliant ‘The Garden is Open’ show which she describes as “traversing through spirituality and meditating the human experiences at the core of music, culture and society. Lifting vibrations one song at a time”. We cannot wait for her to guide us through our sonic solstice with her selections of downtempo, eclectic and jazz sounds.
Swan:
SWAN is a visual artist who will be traversing her artistic and spiritual interests through sound, featuring a deep exploration of mysteries of the swan.

Our Spice Trail inspired menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability. Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.
With our drinks, we partner with breweries St Austell and Signature Brew for our lagers and IPAs and serve organic wine and prosecco which help international wildlife charity, Born Free. We design our own drinks such as Vegan Hemp White Russian and homemade Hackney Spiced Rum.
