Oberheim is back! The launch of the OB-X8 earlier this year heralded the return of this renowned synth brand after many decades of absence. And now, Oberheim is excited to invite you to London for an exclusive and intimate showcase of this landmark instrument accompanied by legendary keyboardist, producer, and pivotal member of Jamiroquai - Matt Johnson.

For the last 20-years, Matt has been the keyboard player for Jamiroquai, co-writing most of the band’s releases during that time, and establishing himself as one of the most talented and prolific keyboard players of the last two decades.

Matt is already a seasoned user of the vintage and much-loved OB-Xa, and frequently demonstrates his love of both modern and vintage synths through his YouTube channel. We are therefore thrilled to be hosting an evening of live performance, Q&A and networking with Matt at Grow - an independent creative venue in East London’s Hackney Wick.

Join us from 7pm for welcome drinks, followed by a 90-minute interview, jam session and Q&A with Matt from 7:30pm. You’ll then have an opportunity to network with other synth enthusiasts, get hands on with an array of synths from the Oberheim and Sequential line-ups and chat with Matt and leading product specialists.

Our Spice Trail Menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability. Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.

With our drinks, we partner with breweries St Austell and Signature Brew for our lagers and IPAs and serve organic wine and prosecco which help international wildlife charity, Born Free. We design our own drinks such as Vegan Hemp White Russian and homemade Hackney Spiced Rum.
